Direction of activities

Organizing, encouraging and introducing members of relevant associations and members of Vietnamese laboratories; participate in the development of test methods, standards relevant to the field test; Participate in appraisal and accreditation of laboratories, research topics, acceptance test on the test.

1. Building and developing the organization of the Association

  • Organizing the congress of Vietnamese laboratories.
  • To perfect the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee and the Association Office.
  • Develop operational regulations of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Office of the Association.
  • Development of local testing organizations (grassroots associations), consultancy organizations and services.
  • Organization of printing related to the Association and issuance of membership cards.

2. To organize the consultancy on the construction of laboratory-related testing and testing service-related systems

  • Organize the members to set up a laboratory management system to be accredited in accordance with International Standard ISO / IEC 17025 and organize the development of unified testing methods across the country.
  • Organizing, encouraging and introducing members of relevant associations and members of Vietnamese laboratories; participate in the development of test methods, standards relevant to the field test; Participate in appraisal and accreditation of laboratories, research topics, acceptance test on the test.
  • Organize the compilation and dissemination of a number of publications promoting general knowledge and specialized knowledge on testing.
  • To coordinate with concerned agencies in organizing members to attend conferences on scholarship and to protect legitimate interests of consumers on the quality of products and goods related to the field of experimentation.

3. Building and developing linkages with industries and enterprises at central and local levels

4. Organize training, information, propaganda about the Association of laboratories and testing work in general

  • In order to do this task, the Executive Board and firstly the Standing Committee of Vietnam Laboratories Association should:
  • Build relationships with central and local mass media on the role and position of relevant testing in the cause of industrialization and modernization.
  • To coordinate with schools and training organizations in building and fostering a contingent of specialized and specialized reporters to organize seminars and training courses on scientific and technological personnel for experimentation.
  • Carrying out the procedure for publishing the Journal of Testing is the mouthpiece of the Association of Vietnamese Laboratories.

5. Enhance cooperation with other relevant national and international mass organizations

6. Finance of the Association

In addition to the contributions of individual members, collectives, and the support of national and international organizations, the Association will participate in the support and services mentioned above to generate funding for the operation. of the Association in accordance with the provisions of law.
